Success story BREAK OUT Project:Yarra Valley Endangered Frog Rehabilitation
The endangered Stony Creek frog
Yarra Valley Endangered Frog Rehabilitation is a "Break Out" success initiated by an NDIS participant Lachlan who is a dedicated reptile specialist and breeder.
The completion of his project helped to:
- Raise awareness about local frog species and the local environment
- Provide support and success for Lachlan's initiative
- to help manage local frog bogs and other areas
- to help care for captive frog
- to develop his skills with communication, digital marketing and other promotional materials for the project

Making your own essential oils
Learn about essential making program:
- Learn and become familiar with Essential oil making, from harvesting the plants, the distillation process, taking care of equipment, bottling…
- Learn how to make bath salt using the essential oil
- Learn about computer skills to research and designs labels and info sheets.
- Work on strategies to overcome anxiety, overwhelm, stay on track or other barriers that can arise through this process.
- Acknowledge and celebrate achievements.
